Boy meets Girl story. Girl wants to stay an "outsider" because she has a secret that could ruin her and the world if it is exposed. RomComSciFi book. Reminds me of Micheal Vey in the sense that the girl has electric powers (spoiler even though it's revealed on page 1 or 2). Recommend as a read strong female character, and good voice.

Girl feels insecure because rejected by her crush, crush's brother thinks brother was a jerk and wants girl to see she is amazing... Typical story but it's cute if you like these types of stories, it's also written like a "science experiment" log book which adds a new layer.
