How To Play
The Teen Summer Reading Program is geared toward readers who are entering 6th through 12th grades.
To participate in this program, do the following:
To register click on "Sign Up" and enter your info.
Print a Bingo card
at home or pick one up at one of the Livermore Public Library branches.
Check out books, e-books, or graphic novels from the library and read! Or borrow talking books or e-audiobooks from the library and listen.
To log the books you read or listened to, sign into the Teen Summer Reading site with your User Name and Password:
Click "View or Add to Log".
Pick a type of book, enter the title, author, and
in the comments section list which Bingo square the book you read fulfills
Reviews are not needed.
Comment section should only say what Bingo square the book fills
- Type of book: e-book; Title: Eragon; Author: C Paolini; Comments: A book that is more than 10 years old.
To qualify for a prize(s),
you need to read 10 books
complete two Bingo lines
: across, down, and/or diagonal.
Each book may count for only ONE Bingo square.
The “Free Square" must be filled with a book title; you may use any book title not used on another square.
Once you have read all of the books, bring your completed Bingo card to a branch of Livermore Public Library. You will receive six raffle tickets for chances to
win a Nook HD, a Target gift card, or movie passes
. You select the prize(s) you would like a chance to win!
The 2014 Livermore Summer Reading Program begins on June 1, 2014 and ends at 5:00pm on August 16, 2014.
