How To Play
The “Kids Count Pages” Program is designed for children who are entering the 4th and 5th grades, or who are reading longer chapter books independently.
Child’s Goal: To read
over the course of the summer.
Register by clicking “sign me up.”
Check out books from the library and read.
For each book read, log in here and record the number of pages, title, author and a short comment about the book.
Each week that you read at least 200 pages toward the 2000 page goal, come to the library to pick up the weekly prize.
Children who reach the 2000 page goal will receive a medal, an invitation to meet the Livermore City Council, and an entry into the raffle for a new bicycle (courtesy of Livermore Cyclery).
The Livermore Summer Reading Program begins on June 14, 2013 and ends at 5:00 pm on August 17, 2013.
