How To Play
The Pre-Readers Program is geared toward children who are under the age of 4 and all pre-readers.
To participate in this program, do the following:
Register your child online by clicking "Sign Up". Fill out the form.
Print a Pre-Reader's Reading Log
at home or pick one up at any Livermore Public Library branch.
Check out books from the library and read with your child. Mark each book read on the printed Pre-Reader Reading Log. Also sign into online log to enter book titles and authors.
After every 5 books read, your child is eligible to stamp their Pre-Reader Reading Log at the Library.
After your child reads
, bring the completed Pre-Reader Reading Log to the library for a final prize.
The 2014 Livermore Summer Reading Program begins on June 1, 2014 and ends at 5:00pm on August 16, 2014.
(A big thank you to Christine Orlino of Granada High for allowing
Livermore Public Library to use and adapt her awesome art!)
